This is a real user review of Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga, below i will show you honest real usage i found after own this mix of laptop and tablet.
Thinkpad yoga is a good digitizer touchscreen made from wacom.
I found some place that it can support pressure like 1024 level this should overcome Surface 3 when come to level of pressure task like drawing
However you have to install specific driver from wacom that not come with the Thinkpad Yoga itself

Wacom digitizer is compatable with any other wacom pen of the same technology like S pen from samsung galaxy note series.
I found that with S pen you are drawing more easy and better control of line than original pen come with thinkpad yoga.
Second Build quality is good, i think it is aluminium and magnesium alloy.
Body weight is low as 1.3 KG but feel strong however new keyboard and track pad, i don't like them. These are feel too cheap and not strong.
Its bad point out of few i found with machine of this price. These made Sureface 3 superior in this point.
Third, the panel IPS serve it well with high contrast and resolution of its panel.
However Surface 3 seem much more better in this point with max resulution of 2560 x 1440 better than Macbook Air.
However it's not that bad for thinkpad Yoga for this resolution when compare that you get Wacom digitizer of 12.5 inch which Surface 3 not.
Fourth, Ports and connection you get 2 port USB 3 lie one on each side no ethernet port with this slim size,
there one micro HDMI as well you can expand port with dock for 179 USD from Lenovo.
Fifth, heat, I heard that earlier Microsoft Surface face problem with heat issue but i not see it with Thinkpad Yoga normal surfing web,
watching youtube and steaming 720p movie not exceed 55 C of CPU on ambient of 35 C.
Playing some game with graphic not exceed 77 C on same environment.
This sound cool when max torlerate is 105 C, i can accept it. While Surface 3 with passive heat sink must prove itself on this issue.
Last, Battery this must be a worst point of this Thinkpad Yoga.
Real usage time when wifi on and watching 720p movie streaming is 4 Hours, Yes 4 Hrs !! This is 55% lower than Suface 3 and Macbook Air.
However how can we compare this to product that still not coming out? You get something more something less out of it, right?
Luckily there a good side i found, Thinkpad Yoga screw is normal philip.
So you can screw them off and replace battery when it die easily. That you cannot do with Surface 3 for sure. And you can change memory yourself,
i will update this when i do it with my machine.
Conclusion, everything is fine if you need laptop function and want to buy it badly soon go with Thinkpad Yoga is correct way for sure.
You never regret with Wacom digitizer over Surface 3.
However if you want tablet and can wait, go with Suface 3 is right choice. Depend on your need !! Hope you find this review useful
